    I received a email back from the company. Apologizing for the delay. I'm not sure what happened. But they have it all worked out now. They also expedited shipping so I should have it tomorrow. My score is a 3.5 now instead of . 5 stars. If you ordered from them and for some reason yours still says awaiting fulfillment, shoot them and email or call customer service and leave voicemail if closed or no one available. It worked for me. Thanks guys.

    Always good service from SW, always great products much better than brick and mortar GNC and VS. This time i tried their mystery box and it was ok, all the stuff was past the fresh date but usually it's ok. I liked the shaker bottle and pill box, i got a few things i couldn't use or would feel comfortable giving to someone as they were vitamins for kids past date. But overall i always choose SW over others
